 It is mind baffling to know that life on earth is temporal and when it ends, the is an eternal home awaiting you and I.  There are two places of eternity in existence.  Heaven: Where God, His angels and the saints of God are.  Hell: Where the devil, his demons and those humans who didn't make heaven are. Everyone will someday leave this earth: Through death or rapture (The return of Jesus for His saints on earth). Hebrews 9:27-28 NKJV [27] And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, [28] so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. https://bible.com/bible/114/heb.9.27-28.NKJV The choice to know where to spend eternity can be done on earthas we still have live. Jesus came to die so that we would have eternal life.  Receive Him into your life today and surrender unto Him to guide you.

  Do you remember what Paul and Silas did at midnight when they were thrown into prison?  Acts 16:25-32 NKJV [25] But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.  [26] Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.  [27] And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself.  [28] But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”  [29] Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas.  [30] And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”  [31] So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”  [32] Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were i

 Difficult days are days of trial and growth.  3 facts  1. They will certainly come.  The only time trials will not come is in heaven. 2. You have 2 choices: Do what is right or get carried away with the pain. The best thing to do is to cry out to God instead of trying to handle things on your own. 3. It is a time to get tough skin over pain.  Pain is inevitable but we have to learn how to handle pain in the right way.      Today I read Psalm 57 through my pain and I realize that there is a need to cry out to God for help because He is there for us. So today, I choose to call out to God.  Psalm 57:1 Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You. In the shadow of Your wings, I will make my refuge. Until these calamities have passed by.

 The title was inspired by a young girl curious about how life came about. She asked questions and was told that God created the Universe and everything that exists today. She was a little satisfied but still had some questions. Questions no one could answer. She began to read books and landed on a book by a man named John. This John wrote on how everything that was made came about. In his explanation, there was a Word and by that Word, everything that was made came into existence. So there is the distinction between created things and the Creator. The Word Is God. John explains that before anything was made(in the beginning), the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1      In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. In this passage, we see more than One Person mentioned as One was with God.  Was The Word Made or Created? This is a question I want us to ponder. John 1:2,      He was in the beginning with God.
