 You might wonder why God doesn't save all those going through terrible times since He can. Some people have even left the faith because they wanted God to save their loved ones who were suffering and that didn't happen. Some people even think because they don't see relief from their pain, God doesn't care about them. God does. God is willing to deliver the oppressed and those appointed to die.  Psalm 79:11 (NKJV) "Let the groaning of the prisoner come before You; According to the greatness of Your power, Preserve those who are appointed to die."  This verse brings to mind all the people on earth suffering and dying. Introduction We live in a world where fear has become normal due to the current state of affairs. What if we could live a fearless life amidst all the trouble around us? It is possible. Today, we will talk about fear and how to combat it with God's Word. The Consequences of Fear There is an account of how the 12 Israelite spies went to scout the Promised Land. Ten of them brought back evil reports, saying, "The people were like giants in the land. We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes" (Numbers 13:33).
