God Is Calling Unto You.

Our Father is a very loving King who is the creator of the whole Universe. He spoke and everything we see today came to life. We can just ponder on our mighty God until we are awed. Our God loves us and He created us and calls us His children. Unfortunately, many of us are not living in the fellowship God desired for us to live with Him before the inception of this earth.

How does God want us to live in fellowship with Him?

We were created to bring forth God’s praises and to live in perpetual worship towards Him. He desires that we have a Father and child relationship with Him our entire lives. God wants us to have fellowship with Him and take advantage of the fact that He is Omnipresent so we can dwell in His presence day and night, not only on Sundays or when we go to heaven. I have been pondering how interesting it will be to spend eternity in Heaven worshiping God when we don’t even have an hour with Him daily while we are on earth. Let us pray for grace to live according to how He has planned it.

What did God say about living in sin yet proposing to belong to God?

(Isaiah 1:13)  Bring no more offerings of vanity (emptiness, falsity, vainglory, and futility); [your hollow offering of] incense is an abomination to Me; the New Moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot endure–[it is] iniquity and profanation, even the solemn meeting. AMPC,

(Revelation 3:15-16 ),   I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! [16] So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. NIV

Why does God correct us?

(Revelation 3:19),  Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. NIV

When is it going to be too late?

(2 Corinthians 5:10),    For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. NIV

After we leave this earth, there is no more repentance, and the word of God says we will be judged according to all the things we did while we were on earth.

Where do you want to spend eternity?

This is a choice every individual will make for themselves. This decision cannot be made on behalf of anyone. We make choices because the Lord has given us free will but every deed will be accounted for.

Ecclesiastes 11:9    You who are young, be happy while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see, but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment. NIV

Who is the giver of eternal life?

John 3:16, “For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” NKJV  God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ.

Answering the Call

If you are willing to be in perpetual fellowship with God into eternity, pray and ask God to forgive your sins and come and dwell in your heart. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Personal Savior and pray that the Holy Spirit will come and live in your life to help you to always please God. God bless you.
